Dear Homeowner,
As you are aware our current Covenants prohibit any type of sign in your yard, except a For Sale sign.
It has been suggested that this restriction be modified to, among other things, celebrate student scholastic and sports achievements; and encourage kindness, peace, fairness and other basic human rights.
To make such a modification we need the agreement of at least 60% of the Homeowners in our neighborhood.
Please take a moment to review the attached page which outlines the suggested change to Article VII, Section 8.1.(e) (1) of our Covenants.
